SPAIN  & PORTUGAL - FREE

By general rule, Step by Store offers a free and 24 hour shipment service provided by the companies MRW and GLS. Your order is prepared at the same moment of receiving the payment, and shipped as soon as possible.

Once you have placed your order, you will be sent a confimation email acknowledging you that your order has been placed correctly. By the time your order is shipped you will receive another email with the tracking number and the link to follow your order in real time. If you do not receive this email, please check on the spam folder or send us a message to info@stepbystore.com. 

If you do not receive your order within 24 working hours feel free to contact us via email or calling our customer service number  0034 686 712 837. Remember to revise your mailbox to check if they have tried to hand it over and you were not at home.

EUROPEAN UNION - 11,90 €

For all the EU shipments you will be required your ID number in order to speed up the delivery process. The international shipping agencies are DHL Parcel and GLS. All the shipments have a maximum delivery time of 10 working days. If you have not received your order within this period of time, please feel free to contact us via email or phone call.

NON EU COUNTRIES - 17,90 €

For all the European non EU shipments you will be required your ID number in order to speed up the delivery process. The international shipping agencies are DHL Parcel and GLS. All the shipments have a maximum delivery time of 10 working days. If you have not received your order within this period of time, please feel free to contact us via email or phone call.

USA & CANADA - 35,90 €

For all the USA & CANADA  shipments you will be required your ID number in order to speed up the delivery process. The international shipping agency is DHL Express. All the shipments have a delivery time of 1-5 working days. If you have not received your order within this period of time, please feel free to contact us via email or phone call.

CENTRAL & SOUTH AMERICA - 39,90 €

For all the CENTRAL AMERICA & SOUTH AMERICA  shipments you will be required your ID number in order to speed up the delivery process. The international shipping agency is DHL Express. All the shipments have a delivery time of 1-5 working days. If you have not received your order within this period of time, please feel free to contact us via email or phone call.

ASIA  & OCEANIA - 39,90 €

For all the ASIA & OCEANIA  shipments you will be required your ID number in order to speed up the delivery process. The international shipping agency is DHL Express. All the shipments have a delivery time of 1-5 working days. If you have not received your order within this period of time, please feel free to contact us via email or phone call.

CUSTOMS & TAXES

International customers may be required to pay sales tax, duty and/or Custom charges. All taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order shipping charge. Taxes and customs charges differ depending on the country and state of the shipping address. We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to you. Step by Store is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order.

RETURN POLICY

Returns will only be accepted if they are requested  within a maxim period of 15 days after the reception of the product. To ask for a return it is compulsory to  send an email to info@stepbystore.com attaching the following information: First Name, Surname, Email and Order Reference.

Unless you are in Spain (Iberian Peninsula only), you will have to send the product in its original packaging and covering all the costs and expenses of the shipment. Once the parcel arrives at our warehouse, we will proceed to the refund of only the money regarding the product, not the shipment initially paid. The refund will be processed in the same payment method used when the order was placed.
