WHAT DOES PRE-ORDER MEAN?

If a product is in presale it means that we do not have it in stock at the moment but we put it up for sale so that you can reserve them before No one.

Each pre-sale product has a different delivery date that you can identify on the same purple product page above the add to cart button.

IF I HAVE PURCHASED TWO PRODUCTS AND THEY HAVE DIFFERENT DELIVERY DATES, WHEN WILL THEY ARRIVE?

The products are always shipped together on the latest date indicated on the web. For example, if you have bought two products in presale and one has a date of 05/05 and another one of 05/20 they will be delivered to you from 05/20.

If you have bought a product in presale and another Normal, they will be delivered to you on the pre-sale dates.

CAN I CHANGE THE ADDRESS?

As long as it is not I have still sent you can request a change of address by sending an email to info@stepbystore.com.

WHAT ABOUT RETURNS AND EXCHANGES?

They work like any other product. You have 15 days from when the package arrives home to request the exchange or return.

Exceptionally during the quarantine the exchange or return period will be 30 days.
